The MENRED Main Series WVU2.C4 is a compact under-sink ultrafiltration water purifier for household kitchen use. Its dual-cartridge design combines four filtration stages, including sediment filtration, activated carbon treatment and a 0.01 μm ultrafiltration membrane.
With a listed filtered-water flow rate of 2.0 L/min, the system supplies filtered water on demand without a storage tank. Filtration is driven by incoming water pressure rather than an electric pump.
The system combines sediment filtration, granular activated carbon, a UF membrane and post-carbon treatment within two composite cartridges. Sediment filtration captures particulate impurities, while carbon treatment helps reduce chlorine and improve taste and odour. The UF membrane provides fine physical filtration.
Ultrafiltration generally allows dissolved mineral ions to pass through. It should not be selected as a desalination or water-softening process. Where dissolved contaminants require treatment, select a system based on the incoming water analysis and verified treatment performance.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model | WVU2.C4 |
| Series | Main |
| Installation | Under-sink |
| Filtration system | Four stages in two composite cartridges |
| UF membrane filtration rating | 0.01 μm |
| Listed filtered-water flow rate | 2.0 L/min |
| Listed rated total filtered-water capacity | 2000 L |
| Operating water pressure | 0.1–0.35 MPa |
| Operating water temperature | 5–38°C |
| Dedicated faucet mounting hole | Ø27 mm |
| Dimensions (W × D × H) | 320 × 150 × 405 mm |
Actual flow and cartridge service life depend on incoming water quality, supply pressure and usage. The listed 2000 L capacity is a rated performance figure, not a guaranteed replacement interval. Confirm cartridge specifications and test conditions before project selection.
Allow space for the 320 × 150 × 405 mm unit, pipe connections and cartridge removal. Confirm the dedicated faucet position and Ø27 mm mounting-hole requirement before installation. Follow the product instructions for connection, initial flushing and leak checks.
Keep operating pressure within 0.1–0.35 MPa and water temperature within 5–38°C. Protect the system from freezing. Filtration does not require an electric pump; confirm any separate power or battery requirements for the display module.
The quick-release cartridge system supports tool-free replacement. Isolate the water supply and release pressure according to the instructions before removing cartridges. After replacement, complete the required flushing, check for leaks and reset the maintenance indicator as instructed.
Use the display as a maintenance reminder rather than proof of water quality. Follow the specified replacement criteria and service the system earlier if operating conditions require it.
The Main Series is intended for kitchen point-of-use filtration. Suitability for drinking-water use depends on incoming water quality, correct installation, cartridge condition and verified treatment performance. A membrane pore-size specification alone is not a drinking-water safety certification.

No. Filtration is driven by incoming water pressure. Confirm any separate power or battery requirements for the display module.
The listed flow rate is 2.0 L/min. Actual flow depends on supply pressure, incoming water quality and cartridge condition.
No. It uses ultrafiltration rather than reverse osmosis, so it does not generate an RO concentrate stream. Initial flushing and maintenance may still use water.
Ultrafiltration generally allows dissolved mineral ions to pass through. It should not be selected as a water-softening or desalination process.
No. It is a listed rated filtered-water capacity. Replacement timing depends on water quality, usage and the product instructions.
Confirm the supplied model, incoming water quality, operating pressure, connection sizes, faucet configuration, cartridge specifications and under-sink service clearance.
