RTC85 thermostats can be selected for residential warm-water underfloor heating and electric heating projects. The appropriate output rating and sensor configuration depend on the connected equipment and system design.
The RTC85 series includes options for warm-water floor heating and electric heating. Select the output configuration according to the actuator or electric heating load.
Built-in sensor and external NTC floor sensor options are listed. Confirm the sensor configuration and whether the floor sensor is supplied with the exact model ordered.
The selection guide lists a 3 A option for electric heating or electro-thermal actuator control and a 16 A option for electric heating device control. The connected load must remain within the selected thermostat's rating.
