The MENRED SEA23 Series is a fast electric actuator designed to operate compatible control valves for hot and chilled water flow in HVAC heating and cooling systems.
With a 3 mm actuator stroke and opening/closing time of less than 20 seconds, SEA23 is suitable for applications requiring faster valve response than conventional electro-thermal actuators, including fan coil unit (FCU) water-flow control.

SEA23 can be combined with a compatible control valve to regulate hot or chilled water flow according to the demand signal from the HVAC control system.

MENRED specifies SEA23 for use with selected VEI46 two-port and VSI46 three-port control valves. Valve selection should be based on the required flow coefficient, pipe size and hydraulic design.
