The MENRED SEH35 is an electro-thermal actuator designed primarily for hydronic underfloor heating manifolds and compatible HVAC water valves.
Connected to a room thermostat or wiring center, the actuator opens or closes the corresponding valve according to heating demand, enabling individual room or zone control. SEH35 is available in 24V and 230V versions with Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) configurations.

SEH35 is mainly used on hydronic underfloor heating manifolds to control individual heating circuits.
In a typical multi-zone system, each room thermostat sends a heating demand signal through the control system. The corresponding SEH35 actuator then opens or closes the manifold valve, allowing water flow only through the heating zones that require heat.
For centralized multi-zone control, SEH35 can be integrated with MENRED H-BOX208 / H-BOX212 Wiring Centers according to system voltage and wiring requirements.
In addition to floor heating manifolds, SEH35 can be used with compatible HVAC water valves where the valve interface, stroke and operating requirements match the actuator.
